Hockey Manitoba officiating clinics are presented annually between September and the end of November.
Each official must attend an officiating clinic each year in order to re-certify for the upcoming season.

Level 1 (NEW)
Level 1 (Returning Officials)
Level 2 / 3
Officials advancing to Level 2 or 3 may have been working some High Performance Levels of play as a Level 2 based on their skills and overall competency level.
NEW/Returning Officials entering Level II (must be 15 years of age or older before December 31, 2025)
NEW/Returning officials entering Level III (must be 17 years of age or older before December 31, 2025)
All Level 2/3 clinics will be held online.
This clinic is for experienced local officials. This session will include instruction and an exam to be completed before their certification will be complete.
All returning officials must complete the required Hockey Canada prerequisite modules before registering for a Hockey Manitoba clinic.
- Select the appropriate level (Level 2 or 3) based on your age and experience.
- The exam is completed immediately after the online modules, rather than after your clinic.
- You will receive an access link by email after registering for the course.
